Waltham Pocket Watches

Waltham pocket watches have the distinction of being first among antique pocket watches to have been mass produced and the concept behind such watches was to produce gold pocket watches that even an ordinary person could afford to buy. The Waltham pocket watches were produced by American Waltham Pocket Watch Co.
which was run by three people – Davis, Howard and Dennison.

Waltham pocket watches were at that time revolutionary and though initially they had to overcome many problems in being able to provide affordable pocket watches to the masses, they soon were able to manufacture their first such watch called the Warren Boston which was also sometimes referred to as Samuel Curtis. However, these pocket watches were followed by four hundred pieces marked as C.T. Parker, Dennison, Howard & Davis as well as P.S. Bartlett.

If you are looking for such pocket watches, you would do well to check out eBay where there are usually some of these pocket watches being offered for sale.
